摘　　要：在调研了济南市市政基础设施项目管理的业务需求的基础上,对济南市市政基础设施项目管理与决策支持系统进行了总体设计,提出了系统的总体架构模式、数据组织方式和功能设计方案。利用ESRI公司的组件式GIS平台ArcGIS Engine,结合各种专题模型组件,进行系统的集成开发。系统可方便地实现市政基础设施项目的空间化、可视化管理,提供空间分析和项目评价模型,从而使市政基础设施项目的管理与规划决策更为科学、快捷与准确。Through investigation of the business requirement of municipal infrastructure projects management in Jinan City,the Jinan municipal infrastructure projects management and decision-making support system are designed in this paper.It proposes the scheme of the overall system architecture model,data organization and functional design.The system combines ESRI＇s comGIS platform ArcGIS engine with a variety of thematic model components.The system can realize visualization expediently in the management of municipal infrastructure projects,it also provides spatial analysis and projects evaluation model,which makes management and decision-making of municipal infrastructure projects more scientific,efficient and accurate.
