摘　　要：实验采用固相萃取-气相色谱质谱法对水样的七氯进行分析,优化前处理条件及气相色谱质谱条件,方法最低检测质量浓度可达0.00005mg/L,标准曲线的线性相关系数r2=0.998线性范围为0.0002～0.01mg/L,样品平均加标回收率在101.7%～112.4%之间,相对标准偏差在1.81%～5.15%。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、准确、重现性好。The experimental analyzes heptachlor in sample water used by solid phase extraction-gas chromatography mass spectrometry,which optimizes pre-treatment and GC-MS condition.The method could achieve minimum detecting concentration to 0.00005mg/L,the standard curve linear factor r2 to 0.998,the linear range between 0.0002 mg/L to 0.01 mg/L,the sample average added recovery between 101.7% to 112.4%,and the relative standard deviation between 1.81% to 8.91%.The method is simply operation,high sensitivity,correct,and good reappearing.
