摘  要:目的探讨超声心动图对大鼠急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)左心功能的评价作用。方法 13只Wistar大鼠予垂体后叶素腹腔注射建立AMI模型(实验组),同时取10只Wistar大鼠予等量生理盐水腹腔注射(对照组),分别对两组大鼠进行心电图及超声心动图检测,取血检测心肌损伤标志物,并取心肌组织行病理检查,对各项检测结果进行评价分析。结果实验组左室收缩末期内径(LVEDs)、Tei指数增大(P<0.01),左室射血分数(EF)及短轴缩短率(FS)减低(P<0.01),室壁运动计分指数(WMSI)增大(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示LVEDs、Tei指数、WMSI与心电图ST段抬高毫伏数(△ST)呈正相关(P<0.01),与QRS波持续时间(T_(QRS))呈负相关(P<0.05);EF、FS与T_(QRS)呈正相关(P<0.05),与△ST呈负相关(P<0.01);左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)与T_(QRS)S呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论超声心动图可以安全、动态、有效地评价药物诱导AMI大鼠的左心功能及室壁运动情况,优于心电图或心肌损伤标志物的检测。Objective To investigate the value of Echocardiography in evaluating changes in rat after acute myocardial infarction. Methods As Wistar rats (n= 13) were selected as experiment group and induced by intraperitoneal injection of Pituitrin, the control group (n 10) only received an injection of same amount of saline. The serum markers of myocardial damage were detected and electrocardiogram and echocardiogram was performed for pathological changes in myocardium. Results While LVEDs and Tei index increased (P〈0.01) with WMSI (P〈0.05), EF and FS decreased (P〈0.01). The correlation analysis showed: WMSI, Tei index, LVEDs were positively correlated with AST (P〈0.01), and negatively correlated with TQRs (P〈0.05). EF and FS were positively correlated with TQRS (P〈 0.05), and negatively correlated with AST (P〈0.01), LVEDd was negatively correlated with TQRS (P〈0.01). Con- clusions Echocardiogram could evaluate left ventricular function and wall motion of the rat after acute myocardial in farction induced by pituitary. It was better certificated than the electrocardiogram and serum myocardial injury markers detection.
