孕周影响超声引导下脐静脉穿刺成功率的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下经腹更安全获取胎儿脐静脉血的孕周。方法对脐静脉穿刺中进针深度在4～6 cm间的1 60例进行回顾行分析。结果脐静脉内径≤5 mm 15例,一次成功率73.3%;脐静脉内径6 mm 113例,一次成功率92.0%;脐静脉内径7 mm 32例,一次成功率81.2%。结论脐静脉内径6 mm(孕25～26周)时行脐静脉穿刺更安全。Objective To evaluate the gestational weeks to safely obtain fetal umbilical vein blood sampling guided by trans-abdomen ultrasound. Methods 160 cases of percutaneous umbilical vein puncture with the puncuture depth within 4-6 cm were analysed. Results 15 cases of which the umbilical vein diameter within 4-5 mm, the pri mary successive rate was 73.3% ; 113 cases of which the diameter was 6mm, the primary successive rate was 92.0% ; 32 cases of which the diameter was 7mm, the primary successive rate was 81.2G. Conclusions The umbilical vein di ameter 6mm（25-26 weeks） is more safety for the percutaneous umbilical vein puncture.
