摘　　要：目的探讨医学检验实验室生物安全防护措施。方法对医学检验实验室生物安全现状进行分析,找到生物安全的隐患及存在的问题。结果医学检验专业学生接触微生物学检验实验及免疫学检验实验内容均在第二学年,该阶段学生的医学知识甚少,学生生物安全知识淡薄,缺乏自我保护意识。结论建立健全医学检验实验室的各项规章制度,加强实验室的生物安全管理,保护实验室工作人员和学生的健康。OBJECTIVE To discuss the biological security and measures in medical laboratories. METHODS By the analysis of the status of biological safety in medical laboratories, the risks and existing problems in biological safety were found out. RESULTS Because of the content of both microbiological and immunological tests in the second semester, the medical knowledge of the students at that stage were little, and the students lacked biological safety knowledge and the consciousness of self-protection. CONCLUSION It can help to protect the health of the laboratory staff and students to establish and perfect the rules and regulations in labs and enhance the laboratory biological safety management.
