医院临床锐器伤防护管理实践的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨适合我国国情的锐器伤预防管理方法,减少护理人员锐器伤。方法分析职业健康安全管理体系(OHSMS)在我院锐器伤预防管理中的应用效果。结果 2005-2008年护士锐器伤发生率从82.10%下降至40.89%;2008年护士锐器伤防护行为依从性较2005年有明显改善。结论将OHSMS应用于临床锐器伤管理,形成多方位、多层次、多环节相结合的管理体系,可有效提高锐器伤管理水平,降低锐器伤发生率。OBJECTIVE To explore the prevention management of sharp injuries that suitable for China in order to reduce the sharp injuries of nursing staff. METHODS The effects of the occupational health and safety management system （OHSMS） which was carried out in management of the sharp injuries was retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS There was a significant decrease of sharp injury incidence from 2005 （82, 10%） to 2008 （40.89% ）. Nursesr compliance to protection against sharp injuries was significantly improved from 2005 to 2008. CONCLUSION The application of OHSMS and formation of a multi-direction, multi-level and snditik management system will effectively improve the management of sharp injuries and reduce the incidence,onsla injuries.
