摘  要:目的应用流式细胞仪定量检测前列腺液(EPS)中性粒细胞CD64与细菌培养、沙眼衣原体(Ct)、解脲脲支原体(Uu)的检测结果比较,探讨其在慢性前列腺炎诊断中的意义。方法对93例慢性前列腺炎患者和22例体检正常人的前列腺液进行细菌培养,利用PCR方法检测Ct、Uu,同期结合流式细胞仪和单克隆抗体检测样本中性粒细胞CD64表达。结果病原体感染样本的中性粒细胞CD64表达量,均比正常组显著升高,其中模仿葡萄球菌和耳葡萄球菌阳性标本CD64表达量为(3898.319±765.432)个/细胞和(2898.081±135.145)个/细胞,差异有统计学意义;流式细胞仪定量检测前列腺液内中性粒细胞CD64结果,较细菌培养快速准确。结论前列腺液内的中性粒细胞CD64表达量,与其是否存在细菌感染呈一定的相关性,可能作为慢性前列腺炎细菌感染的早期检测指标,为慢性前列腺炎提供诊断依据。OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical significance of antineutrophil antibodies CD64 detection with flow cytometry and bacterial culture in patients with prostatitis. METHODS Expressed prostatic secretion (EPS) of 93 patients with prostatitis was examined with aerobic bacterial culture and compared with 22 healthy controls. Over the same period, expression of antineutrophil antibodies CD64 was detected by flow cytometry and monoclonal antibody test. RESULTS Bacterial infection samples showed a significant increase in the percentage of CD64, especially those Staphylococcus simulans samples and ear Staphylococcus samples, being (3898. 319 ± 765. 432) / cell and (2898. 081± 135. 145)/cell, respectively. Detect the antineutrophil antibodies CD64 with flow cytometry was superior to bacterial culture. CONCLUSION CD64 counts is of positively correlated with positive rate of bacterial culture of EPS. It can be used as the early predictor in chronic prostatitis diagnosis.
