摘 要:细粒全尾矿沉降速度慢、脱水困难,影响到膏体制备;该类尾矿必须借助絮凝剂改善沉降特性。根据某矿山尾矿物理特性,从7种阴离子聚丙烯酰胺絮凝剂中选出1种沉降速度最快的絮凝剂N123,并使用N123进行了室内沉降试验。采用均匀设计法建立了3因素5水平试验方案,回归不同水平沉降速度和极限沉降浓度方程,得到最佳因素组合。最后,探索了矿浆停留时间对絮凝效果的影响。Fine unclassified-tailings have slow settling speed and it's difficult for de-watering, which affects the paste preparation. Therefore, it is needed to use floeculant to improve the settlement characteristics of this kind of railings. According to a mine's tailings physical properties ,the flocculant N123 which has the quickest settlement speed is selected from 7 kinds of anionic polyacrylamide flocculants, and its indoor settlement experiments are carried out. The 3 factors 5 levels tests are established by uniform design method, and the different-level settling velocities and limiting concentration equations are regressed. Finally, we get the best combinations of factors. The effects of mortar retention time on flocculation are investigated.
