摘  要:以紫薇种子为试材,研究不同浓度NaCl溶液对紫薇种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:高浓度NaCl对紫薇种子的萌发和幼苗生长有明显的抑制作用;种子的发芽率与盐浓度之间呈显著的负相关,低浓度NaCl(≤0.8%)促进种子萌发,高浓度NaCl(≥0.8%)抑制种子萌发;无论盐浓度高低,都对紫薇幼苗生长产生抑制作用。种子萌发对盐胁迫的适宜值、临界值、极限值分别为1.50%、2.26%、3.02%。Seed of Lagerstroemia indica L. was used as test material, the effects of different NaCl concentrations on the seed germination and seedling growth of Lagerstroemia indica L. were studied. The results showed that under high NaCl concentrations stress the inhibitive effect on seed germination and seedling growth was obvious. The seed germination rate was in negative proportion to NaCl content. Low concentrations of NaCI(≤0. 8%)promoted germination of seeds , while high concentrations of NaCl (≥ 0. 8%)restrained it. Low concentrations and high concentrations of NaCl all restrained seedling growth. The appropriate,critical and limit values of salt stress separately were 1.50% ,2. 26% ,3. 02%.
