连翘不同极性提取部位对化疗性大鼠异食癖的防治作用

摘　　要：目的观察连翘不同极性提取部位对化疗性大鼠异食癖的防治作用。方法连翘水煎液依次用正丁醇、乙酸乙酯萃取,以顺铂建立化疗性大鼠异食癖模型,以大鼠每日摄食高岭土量为指标,观察连翘各提取部位对化疗性大鼠异食癖的防治作用。结果连翘不同极性提取部位均可抑制大鼠摄食高岭土,其中乙酸乙酯部位作用最强,但各极性提取部位的作用强度均弱于连翘水煎液全药,而且起效较慢。结论连翘不同极性提取部位均可抑制顺铂所致的大鼠异食癖,提示其对化疗性恶心呕吐有一定的防治作用;但各极性部位止呕强度均弱于连翘全药。Objective To investigate the preventive and therapeutic effect of Fructus Forsythiae extract with different polarity for cisplatin-induced allotriophagy rats.Methods The decoction of Fructus Forsythiae was extracted first by n-butanol and then by ethyl acetate.Rat models of allotriophagy were established by injection of cisplatin.The daily content of kaolin consumption was used as the vomitive parameter.Results The daily content of kaolin consumption was significantly in rats after pretreatment with the extracts of Fructus Forsythiae,but the effect of all the extracts was milder and slower than that of the decoction of Fructus Forsythiae.Conclusion The different extracts of Fructus Forsythiae can significantly inhibit kaolin consumption in rats with cisplatin-induced allotriophagy,which indicates that the extracts can prevent and treat chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.However,the effect of the extracts on relieving vomiting is inferior to that of the decoction of Fructus Forsythiae.
