摘　　要：该文提出的实现遥控器按键和图像自动化检测系统,可取代目前的人工操作,完成一个遥控器的工作状态和液晶显示情况的自动化信息检测。其工作原理是:运用电气装置、机械装置代替传统的手工按键使遥控器的液晶屏显示不同的工作状态,利用数码图像采集系统采集遥控器液晶屏的显示图像,与标准图像对比后显示检测结果,然后将有缺陷遥控器与没有缺陷遥控器分开。The program which can take place of manual operation at the present time and can achieve the automatic information detecting of the working condition of the remote-control unit and the liquid-crystal display contains remote control buttons and image automatic detecting system.Use electric apparatus,mechanism to make the LCD display different working conditions,instead of traditional manual buttons as well as using digital image acquisition system to collect the display images of the remote-control unit and LCD screen the images detected will be used further to compared with standard pictures,and the results of the comparison will be used to distinguish between the defective remote-control units and the perfect ones.
