摘 要:在传统的除氧器集总参数模型基础上,建立了内置式除氧器的喷雾除氧段、混合换热段、鼓泡段及除氧器热力参数计算等子模型的分段数学模型,以反映除氧器内部结构及工作过程如喷嘴雾化、蒸汽排管布置等对除氧器热力性能的影响。以某台超临界600MW机组的除氧器为例,分别利用分段模型及非分段模型模拟不同设计工况下的除氧器工作状态。结果表明:分段模型的精度及稳定性远高于传统非分段模型,可用于深入分析除氧器的热力特性。On the basis of traditional lumped parameter model of the deaerator,a sectional model of the build- in type deaerater,including sub- models such as that in spraying section,mixed heat exchanger section,and the bubbling section,as well as the arrangement of steam flowing pipes in the deaerator, has been established, reflecting the influence Of internal structure and working process, such as arrangement of steam flowing pipes and atomization using nozzles, upon the thermodynamic performance of the said deaerator. Taking the deaerator of one supercritical 600 MW unit as an example,the work- ing situation of deaerator under different designed operating conditions have been simulated by using the sectional model and the non - sectional model respectively. Results show that the accuracy and stability of the sectional model are far higher than that of the traditional non - sectional model, being able to be used for analysing the thermodynamic behavior of deaerator.
