摘 要:以玉米秸秆为研究对象,采用热重分析仪对经预处理和添加催化剂(DHC-32、Na2CO3、CaO、ZnO、CaCO3)的试样进行热解试验,考察了矿物质对原样、脱灰试样热解特性的影响,并采用一级反应对其相应热解动力学进行了计算分析。结果表明,脱灰生物质和加入催化剂的原样及水洗试样热解焦炭产率增加,而催化剂降低了酸洗玉米秸秆焦炭产率;经过预处理的玉米秸秆热解活化能大于原样活化能;与未添加催化剂试样相比,除了加入CaCO3的玉米秸秆热解活化能略有升高外,其它添加催化剂试样的热解活化能均有一定程度降低。Taking corn stalks as object of study, by adopting thermogravimetric analyser,a pyrolysis test of samples after pretreatment and adding catalysis (DHC - 32, Na2CO3, CaO, ZnO, and CaCO3 ) has been carried out,the influence of mineral metters upon pyrolysis behavior of raw and pretreated sam- ples being observed, and the corresponding dynamic properties of pyrolysis being calculated and ana- lysed by using the first order reaction. Results shows that the char yield rate in pyrolysis of deashed bio- mass and catalyst- added raw and water- washed samples has increased, however, the catalysis make the char yield rate of acid -washed corn stalks to be reduced;the activation energy in pyrolysis of pretreated corn stalks is greater than that of raw samples;compared with samples,in which the cata- lysts haven't added, excepting the activation energy in pyrolysis of corn stalks,in whieh CaCO3 is add- ed, has slightly heigtened, the activation energy in pyrolysis of samples,in which other catalyst is add- ed, all have reduced in certain degree.
