摘  要:对核电站蒸汽发生器用Incoloy800H传热管在不同敏化条件下进行晶间腐蚀试验,结果表明,未经敏化处理而直接进行晶间腐蚀试验的试样未见明显宏观裂纹,而经敏化处理的试样发生了不同程度的宏观裂纹,且敏化时间越长,裂纹倾向越严重。因此,为提高Incoloy800H传热管的抗晶间腐蚀能力,应降低C含量,提高Ti含量,同时严格控制介质的环境,以避免传热管晶间腐蚀裂纹的发生。The result of test on int steam generator in nulcear power Results show that the remarkable ercrystalline corrosion of Incoloy800H heat transfer tube plant under different conditions of sensitization has been intercrystalline cracks have not appeared on sample,whic s used for analysed. h were di- rectly being tested and hadn't carried out any sensitization treatment, however, macroscopic cracks have occurred in different degrees on samples after sensitization treatment, and the longer the sensitiza- tion time was,the more severe tendeny of cracking had. In order to enhance the intercrystalline corro- sion resistant ability of Incoloy800H heat transfer tubes,the C content has to be reduced,and the Ti content has to be increased, at the same time, the environment of mediums should be strictly controlled,so as to avoid the interstalline cracks occurred on the heat transfer tubes.
