摘　　要：针对QFSN-600-2型发电机密封油过滤器由于选用及老化等原因,导致发电机转子轴颈及密封瓦磨损、密封油系统平衡阀卡涩等,进行分析后确定选用8370系列双联滤油器滤壳、8304型无芯轴滤芯,氢侧及空侧分别选用U-KP及X-KP过滤组合。此外,在空侧及氢侧分别加装1路旁路系统,以防止密封油系统断油。优化改造后,经过1年运行的密封油系统性能稳定,运行效果良好。Directing against the problems of abrasion on shaft-neck of the generators and unsmooth jamming in the balanced valve of sealing oil filter and ageing etc. for QFSN -600 -2 type generators,it is determined after analysis to select and use filter-shell of 8 370 series twin oil filter and 8 304 type spindleless cartridge,and UKP and X-KP filtering units are respectively used for the hydrogen side and the air side. Moreover, a bypass system is additionally installed at the hydrogen side and the air side,so as to prevent oil interruption in the sealing oil system. Through operation in one year,the per-formance of sealing oil system after optimized selection of filtering parts is stable, boasting good effec-tiveness in operation.
