低β值给水流量喷嘴的异种钢焊接

摘　　要：在低β值给水流量喷嘴安装中,采用A307焊材对Q345R主管道和304不锈钢喷嘴进行焊接,焊后的检测结果表明,焊接工艺满足DL/T 752—2001规定;焊接接头无裂纹和超标缺陷,符合JB 4730—2005.3Ⅱ级要求;水压试验无泄漏,无可见的异常变形,无异常响声;喷嘴有轻微变形,但可满足测量精度要求。In the installation process of low fl value feed- water flow nozzles, A307 electroae was used for welding dissimilar steels of Q345R main pipeline and 304 stainless steel nozzles,result of inspection shows that the welding technology satisfied the stipulations in standard DL/T 752--2001, and there aren＇t cracks and defects surpassing set standard on the weld -joints, tallying well with the requirements in JI34730 - 2005.3 Ⅱ level. The nozzle hasn＇t leakage and abnormal noise during hydrostatic test;there is slight deformantion on nozzles,but can satisfy the requirement of measurement precision.
