摘　　要：介绍了SINAMICS S120变频装置在VOITH Janus MK 2TM型离线超级压光机上的应用。简要介绍了Janus MK 2TM超级压光机的机械结构,详细阐述了压光机各个传动点上的变频调速、张力控制、转矩上下限幅、转动惯量计算、负荷分配等技术与设计。给出了运行效果图,并简要说明了在系统调试时遇到的主要问题与解决方法。Abstract：The application of the SINAMICS S120 driver in the VOITH Janus MK2TM super calender was introduced . The mechanical component of super canlender was introduced simply. The frequency conversion, tension control, torque up and down limit, inertia calculation and load distribution of driver control technology and design for the calender drivers were described in detail. The running result drawing was provided. The main problem and solution of the control system commissioning were explained simply.
