摘  要:目的探讨糖尿病合并脑梗死的MRI特征与血糖水平的相关性。方法对54例糖尿病合并脑梗死的MRI特征及其和血糖水平的关系进行回顾性分析。结果梗塞部位以双侧基底节区、脑干、半卵圆中心、小脑及丘脑为主(47例,87%)。梗死灶为多发性42例(77.8%),梗塞灶数量和血糖水平呈正相关。腔隙性脑梗死49例(90.7%),大面积脑梗死5例(9.3%),合并脑白质脱髓鞘34例(63%)。结论糖尿病合并脑梗死以多发性腔隙性脑梗死为主,和血糖水平密切相关。Objective To explore the correlation between MRI features of diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction(DMCI) patients and the blood glucose level.Methods The correlation between MRI features and the blood glucose level were analyzed in 54 DMCI patients.The diagnosis of diabetes mellitus was based on the WHO criteria in all cases.Results The focus of infarction located at the area of base ganglion,brain stem,semioval center,cerebellum and thalamencephalon in 47 cases(87%).Multiple focuses was found in 42 cases(77.8 %) and there was positive correlation between focus number and the level of blood glucose.Lacuna cerebral infarction was observed in 49 cases(90.7%) and large patchy cerebral infarction in five cases.Brain white matter demyelization was complicated in 34 cases(63%).Conclusion DMCI mainly manifests as multiple lacuna cerebral infarction and has close relation to the level of blood glucose.
