摘　　要：学派的境遇以至学派意识的缺失,非常突出地暴露了我们鄙俚之极的学术现实。然而,"学派"共同体机制对于理论和学术创新,对于学科的建设与发展,都具有根本性的促进作用,甚至决定性意义。学派发展的严重滞后是我国整个学术界缺乏创新能力的一个重要原因,更是地方高校学科缺乏竞争力和影响力的根本原因。"学派"对于提高地方高校学术水平和学科建设成效,具有其他"学术共同体"模式无法比拟、无法替代的独特作用。因此,培育和发展学派是地方高校在学术影响和学科建设上有所作为的必由之路。The situation of school and the missing of school consciousness strikingly reveal our despicable academic reality. The community mechanism of school, however, is of fundamental and even decisive significance to theoretical and academic innovation, and to the construction and development of disciplines. The severe delay of the development of school is one important reason for the entire academic world in China lacking creativity and What＇s more, it is the fundamental reason for the discipline of local institutions of higher education lacking influence and competitiveness. For enhancing the academic level and the effect of discipline construction of local institutions of higher education, school plays a unique irreplaceable role which other modes of academic community cannot match. Therefore, the only way for local institutions of higher education to be academically influential and to make a difference in discipline construction is to cultivate and develop school.
