活血化瘀中药对腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨活血化瘀为主中药对腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效的影响。【方法】将89例经腹腔镜手术确诊为子宫内膜异位症的患者随机分为对照组42例与中西医结合治疗组(简称治疗组)47例,比较2组临床疗效及患者术后痛经、不规则腹痛和盆腔包块等的复发情况。【结果】(1)术后6个月,治疗组患者痛经、不规则腹痛、盆腔包块的复发率均显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】活血化瘀为主中药治疗子宫内膜异位症术后效果显著,复发率明显降低,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the influence of blood-activating and stasis-removing herbal medicine on therapeutic effect of laparoscopic operation for endometriosis.Methods Eighty-nine endometriosis patients confirmed by laparoscopic operation were randomly divided into control group（N=42） and combination group（N=47,treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine）.Therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment,and the recurrence of postoperative dysmenorrhea,abdominal pain and pelvic mass was observed in the two groups.Results Six months after operation,the recurrence rate of postoperative dysmenorrhea,abdominal pain and pelvic mass was lower in the combination group than that in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.The therapeutic effect in the combination group was superior to that in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Blood-activating and stasis-removing herbal medicine has synergistic effect on laparoscopic operation for endometriosis,with lower recurrence rate.
