双柏散治疗急性胆囊炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察双柏散外敷结合西医基础疗法治疗急性胆囊炎的临床疗效。【方法】将符合非手术治疗指征的急性胆囊炎患者86例随机分为双柏散组和对照组各43例。双柏散组采用双柏散外敷联合西医基础治疗,对照组仅采用西医基础治疗,观察2组治疗3 d和7 d后的临床疗效。【结果】治疗3 d后,双柏散组的总有效率为95.3%,对照组为74.4%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,双柏散组的治愈率为79.1%,对照组为58.1%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】双柏散外敷可有效提高急性胆囊炎临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of external application of Shuangbai Powder combined with fundamental western medical treatment for acute cholecystitis.Methods Eighty-six acute cholecystitis patients were equally randomized into the combination group and the control group.The combination group was given external application of Shuangbai Powder combined with fundamental western medical treatment,and the control group was given fundamental western medical treatment alone.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment for 3 and 7 days.Results The total effective rate was 95.3% in the combination group and was 74.4% in the control group after treatment for 3 days,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment for 7 days,the cure rate was 79.1% in the combination group and was 58.1% in the control group,the difference being significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion External application of Shuangbai Powder combined with fundamental western medical treatment exerts satisfactory effect for acute cholecystitis.
