摘　　要：采用浓硝酸-高氯酸消解处理样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱-质谱法(ICP-MS)测定延胡索药材中铅、铬、镉、铜、锰等5种金属元素含量。结果表明,5种元素校正曲线线性关系良好,各元素的回收率在98.9%～101.3%之间。该方法灵敏度高,操作简单、快速,结果准确,是延胡索药材中金属元素测定的理想方法。The contents of five metal elements in corydalis yanhusuo,including Pb,Cr,Cd,Cu,and Mn,were analyzed by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectroscopy（ICP-MS） after digested by microwave with HNO3-HClO4.The results showed that the linearity of calibration curves was good,and the recovery of these metal elements was between 98.00% and 102.00%.The method was highly sensitive,simple,rapid and the result was accurate,and can be applied for determination of metal elements in corydalis yanhusuo.
