摘　　要：运用三维视频显微镜观察黄牛皮革与水牛皮革的粒面和截面特征,分析总结出可用于定性鉴别两种皮革的特征差异。In this research, the grainside and cross-section characteristics of cattle leather and buffalo leather were studied by optical microscope, and then the qualitative differences which can be used to identify the two kinds of leather were analyzed and summarized.
