摘　　要：随着合成氨装置生产能力的提高,与之配套的造气污水处理系统的处理能力已不能满足装置生产的需要,不仅影响系统的正常生产,而且废水排放带来的环保问题日渐突出。为此对造气污水处理系统进行了扩能改造。扩改后效果相当明显,经处理后的废水中的各项指标均达到了循环使用的标准要求。The sewage disposal for gasification system in Hunan Yihua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd was far from meeting the requirements of production due to expanded ammonia plant, effected its operation. The environmental problems brought in by substandard waste water discharging became very serious. So the expansion renovation was carried out. The results were obvious. The water!s indicators have met the requirements for CW after disposal.
