摘　　要：加强高校学习型领导班子建设,是贯彻落实党的十七届四中全会精神、履行高等学校职责、提高高校领导班子办学治校能力、推进高等教育健康发展的迫切需要。必须创新多种学习方式,提高学习效果,才能有效保证学习型领导班子的建设。Strengthening the construction of leading group of the leadership university is urgent need to Implement implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the seventeen Seventeenth party National People＇s Congress, perform duties, improvinge the University Leadership leadership and promote the healthy development of university . We must innovate the multiple learning styles and improving improve the learning effect, so we can effectively guarantee the construction of leading group.
