摘　　要：目前,关于司法鉴定的委托及受理等程序方面存在着诸多需要改进完善、加强规范管理的地方。文章结合司法实践,对司法鉴定的启动、材料提供以及鉴定文书的发送、告知等几个方面存在的问题进行了分析和探讨。At present, there are lots of things about handling procedures, which should be regulated and strengthened in the field of judicial appraisal. Combined with the judicial practice, this paper discussed several problems of judicial appraisal procedure such as the starting program of judicial identification, materials provision and identification documents transmission.
