新医改背景下武汉市医学院校大学生医疗保障认知和评价状况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析在校大学生对医疗保障的认知和评价状况,探讨完善该人群医疗保障相关制度的策略。方法:在武汉市采用分层随机抽样的方式确定3所院校,对在校大学生进行问卷调查和半结构访谈。结果:在校大学生中知晓城镇居民医保政策的比例为11.5%,经历过商业医保理赔的在校大学生对理赔"很不满意"和"较不满意"的比例为34.0%,在校大学生对现有医疗保障待遇满意程度评分的得分率为57.0%。结论:应在该群体中加大医疗保障相关信息的宣传工作力度,保险公司亟需对在校大学生商业医保重新定位并改进相关服务工作,在校大学生医疗保障相关制度仍应在细节上加以完善。Objective： This paper analyzes the cognition and appraisal of the medical security system among college students and its contributing factors, and discusses the strategies to improve the system for college students. Method： Three colleges were selected with stratified random sampling in Wuhan, Hubei province; meanwhile, questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were conducted to students in those colleges. Results： Among those college students, only 11.5% of them know the Urban Resident Basic Medical Insurance policy; among those who have experienced the commercial medical insurance, 34.0% claim ＂dissatisfied＂ and ＂less satisfied＂ when it comes to the evaluation of the insurance; while 57.0% of them are satisfied with the current medical security systeml Conclusion： The work of propaganda of the medical security system needs to be strengthened among college students; the commercial medical insurance for college students needs to be repositioned and the relevant services need to be polished in insurance corporations; tile details of medical security policy for college students needs to be improved.
