摘　　要：回顾及梳理国内外学者对公立医院公益性概念的分析、评价与测量的研究,并对公益性内涵进行简要界定,以期为政府科学的评价公立医院公益性提供可资借鉴的依据。This paper briefly overviews study on public hospital public welfare concept, evaluation and measurement from the domestic and abroad scholars and tries to define the connotation of profit in order to offer reference for the government who can evaluate public hospitals scientifically.
