摘　　要：目前我国的医患关系日益紧张,医疗事故技术鉴定在多种医疗纠纷解决机制中得到运用。但鉴定制度本身存在着一些问题,如鉴定书书写、鉴定效力、两级鉴定的选择、鉴定受理、公平性问题等。本文提出了改善这些问题相关对策,包括鉴定申请方式多样化、精简鉴定流程、增加专家质证制度、规范鉴定结论书写、完善鉴定专家回避制度。At present, the doctor-patient relationship is increasingly strained in China. Medical negligence appraisal can be applied in a variety of medical dispute settlement mechanism. However, the appraisal system still has several problems： appraisal writing forms, appraisal effectiveness, choice between two appraisal of distinct levels, acceptance of appraisal and fairness. Countermeasures to adress these problems are proposed to diversify appraisal application methods, smplify the appraisal progress, add the expert cross-examination system, standardize the writing forms of appraisal conclusion and optimize avoidance system for appraisal experts.
