静脉腔内激光联合高位结扎治疗下肢浅静脉曲张63例分析

摘　　要：目的评价应用静脉腔内激光联合高位结扎微创治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的效果。方法对2008年4月～2009年8月我院收治的63例(82条静脉)下肢浅静脉曲张采取静脉腔内激光联合高位结扎治疗,观察临床效果。结果手术操作顺利,患者术后均恢复良好,出院随访6～12个月,临床症状无复发,手术相关并发症痊愈。结论静脉腔内激光联合高位结扎疗法具有微创、安全、手术操作简便、疗效可靠的优点,适用于下肢浅静脉曲张的治疗。Objective To observe the curative effects of Endovenous laser treatment （EVLT） combined with high ligation for lower limb superficial varicosity. Methods During April 2008 and August 2009, 82 strips of lower limb superficial varicosity in 63 patients underwent operations with EVLT and high ligation. Date of operation time, recovery, complications were analyzed. Results All the operations were successful with good recovery rate. A 6-12 month follow- up showed that there was no recurrence of acidum felling and distend, and complications following operations disappeared completely. Conclusion EVLT combined with high ligation, as an easy, safe and minimally invasive approach, has certain advantages in the treatment of lower limb superficial varicosity.
