摘　　要：目的研究关节镜下Meniscal Fastener缝合半月板后角的疗效。方法回顾性分析医院2009年4月-2011年3月9例使用Meniscal Fastener修复半月板后角损伤病例。每例患者术前评估数据和术后评估数据进行自身的统计学比较分析。结果所有病例术后均无早期并发症发生,患者术后均获得随访,随访时间6.5～20.8(14.1±6.7)个月。依据Barrett临床愈合标准,所有患者术后均达到临床愈合。Lysholm评分及Tegner评分术前术后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疗效优7个半月板,占77.78%;良2个半月板,占22.22%;总优良率为100%。结论关节镜下Meniscal Fastener缝合修复半月板后角撕裂损伤手术成功率高,并发症少。Objective To research the efficacy of arthroscopic suturing with meniscal fastener on posterior horn of meniscus.Methods The clinical materials of 9 cases of posterior horn meniscal tear repaired by meniscal fastener from April 2009 to March 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.The data of each patient before and after the surgery were compared statistically.Results No postoperative early complications occurred in all patients.The follow up were performed in all patients for 6.5 to 20.8（14.1±6.7） months.According to Barrett clinical healing criteria,all patients achieved clinical healing.The difference in preoperative and postoperative Lysholm score as well as Tegner score were significant（P＆lt;0.05）.7 meniscuses were excellent efficacy,accounting for 77.78%;2 were good,accounting for 22.22%.Excellent and good rate was 100%.Conclusion Arthroscopic suturing using meniscal fastener can get a higher achievement ratio in repairing the posterior horn meniscal tear with fewer complications.
