居家养老模式下的社区护理服务体会

摘　　要：目的目前居家养老模式是我国现阶段的主要养老模式,本文通过为居家老人提供专业的社区护理服务,旨在探讨研究居家养老模式下的社区护理方法及服务体会。方法回顾性分析深圳市宝安区西乡人民医院下辖的一个社区卫生服务中心所开展的社区居家养老服务工作,并对其采取的社区护理进行综合性的归纳评价,分析优缺点并结合实际总结对策。结果居家养老模式下的社区护理有高效率、低成本、广覆盖的特点,居民满意率达到97%。结论居家养老模式下的社区护理服务应建立并完善服务体系、丰富服务内容,并采取多种形式。居家养老模式下的社区综合护理能更好地服务于社区居民及家庭,值得推广。Objective Currently home care model was our major pension model at present stage. To provide professional community care services for the elderly, and to investigate the mode of home care nursing and community service experience. Methods Hospital and health services under the jurisdiction of a community center was retrospectively analyzed, the community home care services was carried out, advantages and disadvantages were analyzed and practical measures were summarized. Results Home care mode of community care had high efficiency, low cost, wide coverage of the characteristics of residents, with satisfaction rate of 97%. Conclusion Home care model of community care services should establish and perfect service system, rich services, and take many forms. This paper reviewed the analysis of our hospital under the jurisdiction of a community health service centers to carry out the community home care services, home care model of integrated community care can better serve the community residents and family, which was worthy of promotion.
