摘　　要：糖皮质激素是临床应用最广泛的药物之一。临床应用糖皮质激素前要权衡利弊,严格掌握适应证、使用方法,预防不良反应的发生。正确、合理地应用糖皮质激素是提高其疗效、减少不良反应的关键。Glucocorticoids are the most widely used clinical drugs.Before clinical application of corticosteroids,we should consider the advantage and disadvantage,strictly control the indications,using method and prevent drug adverse reactions.Correct,rational use of corticosteroids is the key to improve their efficacy and reduce adverse reactions.
