妇科腹腔镜术中使用周期性充气压力泵预防深静脉血栓的观察

摘　　要：目的观察妇科截石位腹腔镜术患者术中使用周期性充气压力泵预防下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法 60例妇科截石位腹腔镜手术患者按照手术先后分为两组,其中30例患者术中使用周期性充气压力泵为观察组,30例患者仅给予常规护理为对照组,观察两组术后血小板计数、活化部分凝血活酶时间、纤维蛋白原、凝血酶凝固时间、凝血酶原时间以及下肢深静脉血栓发生率。结果观察组患者术后深静脉血栓发生率较低,对照组较观察组血小板计数升高、活化部分凝血活酶时间缩短、纤维蛋白原升高、凝血酶凝固时间延长、凝血酶原时间缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论周期性充气压力泵对早期预防和减少妇科腹腔镜手术患者下肢深静脉血栓发生具有重要价值。Objective To observe the preventive effect of deep venous thrombosis among patients undergoing gynecological laparoseopie surgery in lithotomy position with intermittent pneumatic compression. Methods Totally 60 patients were divided into experiment group （n=30, with the intermittent pneumatic compression in the surgery） and control group （n=30, without the intermittent pneumatic compression in the surgery）. Laboratory parameters of platelet counts, APTF, fibrinogen, TT, PT and the incidence of deep venous thrombosis were collected and analyzed. Results There was a significant decrease in platelet counts, fibrinogen and TT and notable increase in APTT, PT in experiment group. Similarly, there was a significant decrease in the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in experiment group. Conclusion Intermittent pneumatic compression is effective for reducing deep venous thrombosis after the gynecological laparoscopie surgery.
