防灾减灾工程对西部旅游业的积极影响初探

摘　　要：近几年,西部地区频发自然灾害和人为灾害,对西部旅游业的冲击不小,西部地区的防灾救灾工程显得越发重要,防灾救灾工程可以很好地预防灾害的发生,并且可以降低已经发生的灾害破坏程度.从灾害对西部旅游业发展的负面影响入手,介绍西部灾害特点对西部旅游业的危害,结合实例,分析防灾救灾工程为西部旅游业发展提供的有利条件,阐述防灾救灾工程成为西部旅游业的一部分,探索防灾救灾工程对西部旅游业的积极影响.In recent years,there have frequently existed a lot of natural and human disasters in western regions which have great impact on the western tourism.The disaster prevention and aid project in western regions are becoming more and more important in that it can well prevent disasters and reduce the damage to the least.This paper aims to,from the perspective of the negative impact of disasters on the western tourism,analyze the benefits brought by disaster prevention and aid project based on cases and the introduction of the current features of disasters in western regions.Then the paper further probes to find out the active effect of disaster prevention and aid project on western tourism,when it begins to become part of the western tourism.
