摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法以钛酸四丁酯、正硅酸四乙酯制备了TiO2/SiO2复合材料,利用XRD对复合材料的物相结构进行了表征,表明制备的TiO2/SiO2复合材料为锐钛矿型.FTIR表明复合材料形成了Si—O—Ti的网络结构,TG-DTA表明复合材料的热性能提高.以罗丹明B为降解物,探讨了该复合材料的光催化活性,考察了固液比、pH值、时间对降解效果的影响,结果表明,TiO2/SiO2复合材料对罗丹明B降解率明显高于纯TiO2,当固液比为6g/L、pH为6、降解时间为120min时降解率可达到94.59%.TiO2/SiO2 composites were synthesized by sol - gel method and characterized by TG - DTA, XRD, FTIR, The structural phase of TiO2/SiO2 composites was anatase. Rhodamine B was choosen as the model pollutant to explore the photocatalytie activity, solid -liquid rate, pH value, as well as time as the main factor influencing the photocatalytic degradation rate. The results indicated that the TiO2/SiO2 com- posites" degradation rate of rhodamine B was obviously higher than TiO2. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: solid- liquid rate of 6g/L,pH of 6, time of 120min, degradation rate of rhodamine B reached as high as 94.59%.
