摘  要:为了探寻黑龙江省冬小麦种植适宜的播种方式和追肥时期,试验在田间条件下,研究了种植方式和追肥时期对冬小麦根系生长及品质的影响。结果表明,种植方式和追肥时期共同影响根系生长,拔节期追施氮肥促进根系增长显著。不同处理下蛋白质含量L1、L2、L3与L0相比分别提高了3.6%、14.2%、12.7%;P1、P2、P3与P0相比分别提高了10.5%、12.8%和12.0%,L0与P0无显著差异,湿面筋含量L1、L2、L3与L0相比分别提高了7.1%、13.2%和9.8%;P1、P2、P3与P0相比分别提高了5.9%、7.2%和5.4%,L0与P0存在差异,但差异不显著。追氮时期是影响籽粒蛋白质含量和湿面筋含量提高的主要因素,而种植方式对提高籽粒蛋白含量的影响不明显。由此可知,黑龙江省冬小麦采取垄沟播种在拔节期适量追肥的栽培技术有助于根系生长及显著提高籽粒品质和产量。In order to explore the appropriate planting modes and topdressing stage of winter wheat in Heilongjiang Province, study the effect of planting modes and topdressing stage on root growth and quality of winter wheat. The results showed that planting mode and topdressing stage could effect root growth, dressing N fertilizer in jointing stage could promote root growth observably. Protein content: L1, L2, L3 increased 3.6%, 14.2%, 12.7% compared to L0, respectively; P1, P2, P3 increased 10.5%,12.8%,12.0% compared to P0, respectively, there was no significance between L0 and P0. Wet gluten conten; L1, L2, L3 increased 7.1%, 13.2%, 9.8% compared to L0, respectively; P,, P2, P3 increased 5.9%, 7.2%, 5.4% compared to P0, respectively, there was no significance between L0 and P0. Topdressing stage was the main factor to effect grain quality, planting modes effected hardly. In a word, furrow planting and dressing N fertilizer at joinUng stage could contribute to root growth and better quality in Heilongjiang Province.
