摘 要:针对沿海地区水产养殖业中刚毛藻生长泛滥的问题,以刚毛藻为研究对象,通过室内生物测定方法研究刚毛藻对除草剂和助剂的敏感性。结果表明,刚毛藻对不同除草剂及助剂的敏感性存在差异,除草剂和助剂对刚毛藻都有很好的抑制作用,并且随着浓度的增加,对刚毛藻抑制作用明显增强。除草剂混剂比单剂对刚毛藻具有更好的抑制作用,而除草剂中加入助剂AEO和LAS对刚毛藻的抑制效果最为明显,此外,温度越高,光照越强,刚毛藻吸收药剂的速度加快,防效更高。According to the issues of Cladophora's inundant growth in aquaculture at the coastal areas, as research object on Cladophora, sensitivity of herbicides and adjuvants to Cladophora was tested by using the indoor bioassay method. The result showed that different herbicides and adjuvants had different sensitivity for Cladophora, herbiddes and adjuvants had a good inhibition for this Cladophora, which was increased with the increase of concentration. The mixed formulations of herbicides control the efficacy that Cladophora is better than herbicide, whereas the best effectively eradication of Cladophora which herbicides mix in adjuvants. In addition, the higher temperature and more light were provided, the more efficiency of herbiddes can be eradicate of Cladophora.
