解析居家养老服务体系建设的终极目标及运作路径——基于南京市玄武区两个街道的调查

摘　　要：在探讨以往学者居家养老研究成果的基础上,调查了南京市玄武区具有代表性的两个街道居家养老模式的运作现状。经调查分析发现,以往的相关研究似有两方面的不足:一是没有在理论层面全面解释居家养老服务体系建设的主旨或终极目标是什么;二是没有在实践层面厘清为实现终极目标应通过什么样的基本路径。为积极应对我国人口老龄化的挑战,使居家养老新模式健康地向前发展,本文尝试对居家养老新模式的终极目标及运作路径作一深入解析。Based on the relevant literature review, the author made investigations on the status quo of family care service for seniors in 2 typical communities of Xuanwu District, Nanjing. The analysis leads to the finding that there seem two flaws in the past related researches： one is the failure in theory to interpret comprehensively the ultimate goal of the family - based social service system for the elderly; the other is the failure to clarify the prac- tical approach to attain the goal. To actively respond to the challenge of the population aging in our country, and to make the family service model a sound development, this paper presents the readers with a profound analysis.
