摘 要:高速钢一次碳化物数量提高锯条的耐磨性,但过多的碳化物和大块的一次碳化物会降低韧性,而高速钢基体硬度和回火析出物的弥散细小二次碳化对耐磨性影响更大。机用锯条材料应保证淬火基体中具有较高的合金固溶度,回火时弥散析出足够数量的特殊碳化物以提高基体硬度和保留部分更耐磨的较小一次碳化物。HYW3是遵循高速钢的合金化原理,合理选用C、W、Mo、Cr、V、Si合金元素,其主要性能接近或达到通用型高速钢水平,生产成本降低30%。The primary carbide in H. S. S. would improve abrasion resistance of saw blade, whereas too much or too large of it reduce the toughness ; and matrix hardness of H. S. S. and secondary fine dispersion carbonization of educts in tempering have greater influence to abrasion resistance. For saw blade its material must have higher alloy solid solubility in its quenching matrix, in tempering there is enough number of special carbide dispersed and separated to increase matrix hardness and keep part of more abrasion - resistant little primary carbide. HYW3 is produced according to alloying principle of H. S. S. and with reasonable selecting elements of C, W, Mo, V, Si, with its main properties approaching or reaching the level of universal H. S. S. as well as 30 percent lower cost.
