冷却水消音式回水箱在2500m^3高炉的应用

摘　　要：新型高炉冷却水消音式回水箱用于解决回水箱噪声过大的问题,其技术方案是:在回水箱内增加了导流管,导流管的数量与出水管相对应,多个导流管的下端出水口汇集到回水箱篦子上方,多个导流管的中间有弯折。承钢2 500 m3高炉冷却水采用消音式回水箱后,现场水箱噪音由110 dB降到80 dB,达到了国家标准。It is introduced the application of noise - suppressing backwater tank for cooling water of new type of blast furnace. Its technical plan is ： guide pipes are added in backwater tank, their quantity is correspondent with outage pipes, the lower outage opens of many guide pipes integrated onto upper of comb of backwater tank. The site noise in cooling water tank of 2 500 m3 blast furnace dropped from 110 to 80 dB after the new tank used.
