摘　　要：2011年,国际形势发生了广泛而深刻的变化,世界军事形势也在紧紧围绕国际形势而发生复杂而深刻的变化,其主要特点是:原有的热点高温难降,新的热点不断涌现;主要国家相继调整充实军事战略,以适应安全环境变化;各国高度重视军力建设,积极主动推进军事转型;传统安全与非传统安全并存,"新疆域"争夺激烈;国际军控与核裁军缓慢前行,防核扩散形势依然严峻。In 2011,the military situation of the world revolves around the development of the international situation in a profound and complicated way,with the following characteristics:the so-call hot spots remain hot and new hot spots emerged,the big powers have adjusted and supplemented their strategies respectively,countries concerned attach great importance to military building,traditional and non-traditional security factors co-exist,and the situation of non-proliferation remained austere.
