摘 要:以过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发剂,采用水溶液聚合将淀粉、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酰氧基三甲基溴化铵(DAC)和苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS)接枝共聚制备了淀粉接枝聚合物降滤失剂,探讨了引发剂用量、苯乙烯磺酸钠用量和温度等对淀粉接枝聚合物降滤失剂水溶液表观粘度的影响,以及DAC含量对淀粉接枝聚合物钻井液性能的影响,采用XRD衍射对淀粉接枝聚合物降滤失剂的结构进行表征。结果表明所合成的淀粉接枝聚合物降滤失剂水溶液表观粘度的温度敏感性较低,淀粉接枝聚合物钻井液在高浓度盐水基浆(20%NaCl和10%CaCl2)中具有较好的降滤失性和抗盐性,XRD证实了淀粉接枝聚合物降滤失剂的结构。Starch grafted - poly (AM/SSS/DAC) copolymer used as fluid loss reducer was prepared by graft copoly- merization among starch, acrylamide (AM), acryloyloxyethyhrimethlammonium chloride (DAC) and sodium styrene sul- fonate (SSS) in aqueous solution, using ammonium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as redox initiators. Factors influencing the apparent viscosity of the starch grafted copolymer solution, such as initiator amount, SSS amount and temperature were investigated. Effects of DAC amount on the performance of the drillings fluids were also studied. Structure of the starch graft copolymer fluid loss control agent was characterized by way of X - ray diffraction. The results showed that the appar- ent viscosity of the starch grafted copolymer solution had low sensitivity to temperature. The starch graft copolymer fluid loss control agent had good fluid loss control under high salty condition(20% NaCl and 10% CaCl2 ). X -ray diffraction results indicated the structure of starch graft - copolymer fluid loss control agent.
