基层医院护理人员循证护理基本素质的调查研究

摘　　要：目的:了解基层医院护理人员循证护理基本素质状况。方法:采用自行设计的问卷,对某二级甲等医院全体护士的循证护理基本素质状况进行调查。结果:有20.63%的护理人员具备了基本的循证护理知识,有19.17%的护理人员具备了较良好的循证护理行为,有23.79%的护理人员持有较积极的循证护理态度。不同学历的护理人员的循证护理基本素质得分之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同职称的护理人员的循证护理知识和循证护理态度得分之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,学历越高、职称越高,护理人员的循证护理基本素质越好。结论:基层医院护理人员循证护理基本素质较低,学历和职称是影响循证护士素质的重要因素。Objective：To investigate the current status of evidence-based nursing basic quality in primary hospital.Methods：Self designed questionnaire was used to investigate the status of evidence-based nursing basic quality in primary hospital in Shenzhen.Results：20.63% of nurses have a basic knowledge of evidence-based nursing,with 19.17% of nurses have a good behavior about evidence-based nursing,23.79% of nurses hold more positive attitude towards evidence-based nursing.Evidence-based nursing scores were different between different education level（P〈0.05）.Knowledge scores and attitude scores are different between different titles（P〈0.05）.Logistic regression analysis showed that the education level and titles were the factors which affected evidence-based nursing qualities.Conclusion： Evidence-based nursing basic qualities in primary hospital are at a low level,education level and titles are important factors.
