摘　　要：目的:分析患者跌倒的原因。方法:将2010年1月～2011年5月发生跌倒的25例内科住院患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:25例住院跌倒患者60岁以上占76%,男性患者占64%,高于女性患者(28%),跌倒在床周围占52%、洗手间占36%,跌倒前常伴有头晕不适或乏力,发生时护理人力相对薄弱。结论:为更好地预防患者跌倒,应增加高发科室的护理人员,提高入院评估质量,实施弹性排班,增加薄弱环节人力支持,提高护理安全意识,重点关注跌倒高发因素的老年患者。Objective：In order to analyze the reasons on tumble of medical patients.Methods：The clinical data of 25 patients with tumble from January 2010 to May 2011 were reviewed retrospectively.Results：Tumble patients above 60 years old occupied 76%,male patients with tumble occupied 64%,higher than the female patients（28%）.Tumble in bed around 52%,36% of the toilet,before the ftumble was often accompanied by dizziness,discomfort or fatigue,and nursing manpower is relatively weak.Conclutions：To better preventing tumble,we should provide more nursing staff in the sections where high incidence of tumble,improve the quality of inpatient admission assessment,implemente the flexible scheduling,increased manpower to support the weak links,improve care and safety awareness,focus on high tumble factors in elderly patients.
