深入开展创先争优活动 积极推进新建本科院校科学发展——以四川文理学院发展为例

摘　　要：在四川新一轮改革发展中,新建本科院校要抓住开展创先争优活动的契机,紧紧围绕省委、省政府关于教育发展的战略主题、工作方针和工作目标,充分发挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用,提高学校科学发展的意识和能力,改革和创新发展方式,在地方性和应用型方面凝炼特色和优势,把党的理论优势、组织优势和政治优势内化为学校科学发展的动力优势、资源优势,为推动新建本科院校科学和谐可持续发展和实现四川新一轮发展目标做出新贡献。In the time of new reform and development in Sichuan, the newly - established academies should catch the chance of carrying on the movement of superiority. The newly - established academies can scientifically develop only if the plan issued by the Government of Sichuan on education is attentively focused on, the fort＇ s role of CPC organization at the grass - root levels and the model of individual CPC member is fully achieved. Besides, it can be made only if the awareness and capacity of scientific development are improved and the development pattern is reformed and innovated. Last, the harmonious and sustainable develop- ment of newly - established academies and the new development aim fi＇om Sichuan depend on the local features and applicative style and the shift of the CPC~ theoretical, organizational and political superiority into the driving and resource superiority.
