大学生入党动机功利化的现状及对策

摘　　要：高校是我国党建工作的坚实基地。针对大学生党员和入党积极分子的问卷调查显示,受社会环境、就业环境和教育环境的影响,不论是被调查者自身的入党动机,还是对他人入党动机的评价,都具有明显的功利化倾向。入党动机功利化不利于党的长远发展、不利于高校合格人才和社会主义接班人的培养、不利于高校提高学生党建工作质量。为此可以采取强化宗旨教育、严格入党标准、争抢网络阵地、重视社会实践等对策来实现大学生入党动机的去功利化。The questionnaire survey of college student CPC members and enthusiasts has shown that either the motivation from the questioned or the comment on others＇ motivation of enrolling CPC is obviously utilitarianism because of the influences from society, employment and education. Its harms are very clear. It does harm to the long - term development of CPC, to the education of qualified talents in colleges and socialism successors and to the quality improvement of CPC＇ s construction. Its countermeas- ures includes the stress on the education of purpose, stricter standards of enrolling CPC, occupation of websites, more attention to social practices.
