2006-2009年佛山市南海区突发公共卫生事件分析

摘　　要：目的了解南海区突发公共卫生事件相关信息的流行病学特征,为预防控制和及时处理突发公共卫生事件提供科学依据。方法应用描述性流行病学方法对2006-2009年南海区突发公共卫生事件进行分析。结果 2006-2009年南海区共报告突发公共卫生事件40起,发病858例,无死亡病例,波及人数51 576人,其中传染病相关事件38起(占事件总数95.00%)。事件主要集中在狮山镇和桂城街道,占事件总数的65.00%。发生高峰出现在6月、9月及12月。发生在学校、波及人群为学生和托幼儿童的事件共30起,占事件总数的75.00%,发病737例,波及人数46 947人,其中发生原因以传染病相关事件为主的29起,占事件总数的72.50%。病种以呼吸道传染病为主,共30起(占传染病相关事件数的78.95%),主要是水痘(14起)、其次是流感样病例暴发疫情(9起)。结论南海区发生的突发公共卫生事件主要集中在学校及托幼机构,应加强重点人群如学生、托幼儿童的传染病预防及控制。Objective To provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of public health emergencies by understanding its epidemiological characteristics.Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was applied to analyze reported data from public health emergencies surveillance system from 2006 to 2009.Results A total of 40 public health emergencies were reported from 2006 to 2009 in Nanhai district,with 858 cases and no death,totally 51 576 people were affected.Among these events,infectious diseases related events accounted for 95.00%（38/40）.They were concentrated in Shishan town and Guicheng town（65.00%）.Events peaked significantly in June,September and December annually.30 events（75.00%） affected students and nursery school children which reported 737 cases,in which 29（72.50%） were infectious diseases related events.Among all infectious diseases events,most were respiratory diseases（30 events）,mainly including Chickenpox（14 events） and Influenza-like illness outbreak（9 events）.Conclusion The public health emergencies mainly occurred in schools and nursery school in Nanhai district,and more attention should be paid to the control measures regarding students and nursery school children.
