成都市中学生吸烟饮酒与抑郁的关系

摘　　要：目的了解成都市中学生吸烟与饮酒情况,探讨吸烟、饮酒与抑郁的关系。方法采用方便抽样方法抽取成都市的24所中学的5 544名中学生,使用流行病学调查中心抑郁量表(CES-D)和吸烟饮酒情况问卷进行匿名调查。结果成都市中学生吸烟率44.0%,饮酒率28.0%,并存行为率17.4%,抑郁检出率14.4%;抑郁与几类行为均有显著关联,吸烟与饮酒对抑郁得分的影响交互作用效应不显著。结论成都市中学生吸烟及饮酒率较高,且抑郁与之显著相关。Objective To understand the status of smoking drinking of middle school students in Chengdu,and explore the relationship between smoking drinking and depression of them.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 5 544 students in 24 middle schools in Chengdu.The Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale（CES-D） and questionnaire on smoking and drinking behavior were conducted anonymously.Results The smoking rate of middle school students in Chengdu was 44.0%,drinking rate was 28.0% and coexistence behavior rate was 17.4%.The detection rate of depression was 14.4%.The depression was significantly associated with smoking drinking and coexistence behavior,the interaction effects of smoking and drinking on depression scores was not significant.Conclusion The smoking and drinking rates of middle school students in Chengdu are high,and significantly associate with the incidence of depression.
