摘 要:采用正交试验设计法考察了壳聚糖对蛇足石杉提取液的絮凝澄清效果。优选出的最佳工艺条件为:料液比(g/mL)为1:10,pH为5,反应温度50℃,壳聚糖浓度0.5g/L,反应时间60min,搅拌速度100r/min。在此条件下透光率可达81.6%。壳聚糖用于蛇足石杉提取液的絮凝澄清切实可行,并为后续的工艺改进提供了科学依据。The orthogonal test method was adopted to explore the clarification effects of chitosan on the extract from huperzia serrata.The optimum chitosan flocculating conditions were obtained as follows;the ratio of solid to liquid(g/mL) of 1:10,the pH value of 5,the reaction temperature of 50℃,the concentration of the chitosan of 0.5g/L,the reaction time of 60min and the stirring rate of clarification of 100r/min.According to the mentioned conditions,the light transmittance can achieve 81.6%.The method of using chitosan in the clarification of huperzia serrata extract is practicable,and the experimental results provide scientific support for the follow-up improvement of technology.
